It's not a matter of oppinion or agreeing or disagreeing with this point. If 
some people are getting consistent results and others aren't, there is a 
reason/reason or bug/bugs  that has to be found. If two people use the same app 
and the app behaves the same and one likes it and the other doesn't, that's 
opinion. If two people use an app and the behavior of the app is markedly 
different between the two people, then one doesn't chalk that up to opinion; 
one tries patiently to find out what the difference is. Or if one doesn't care 
to continue letting people  try to give suggestions and ask questions to try to 
pinpoint the abnormal behavior of the app, that's okay too. But it really is 
not an opinion issue.
