Exactly. You open BrailleTouch and type what you want to say. You then open the menu with a two-finger flick left and, assuming you've bought the upgrade, you pick what you want to do. To tweet, for instance, you'd choose the "send to Twitter" option, or whatever it's called. To put your text into an app that does not appear on the list in the menu, choose the send to clipboard option, open the app you want your text in, go to the edit field, rotor to paste and double tap.
