Just open those apps in the usual way, then, use your app switcher to go back 
to Braille Touch.  Write what you want, then, swipe two fingers left and in the 
minue, select to copy to the clip board.  Now, go back in to your app and make 
sure you are editing the text field.  Now,  rotary to edit and select paste.
