I have to agree.  Though I'm ticked to no end that they did to me what they 
did, and though I have my suspitions if it was done unintentionally or not, the 
bottom line is, they're trying to work with me.  It took some complaining, but 
I didn't have to raise much of a stink, thank goodness, as had I, I definitely 
would a.
