Netscape 7 and IE 5? Sounds like it's not so much that MLB is cluless
but that their help database is full of old cruft from a decade or so
ago. IE5 was discontinued more than 9 years ago and I'm not going to
bother looking up Netscape.

I urge people using mlb on the Mac with safari to email and/or call
mlb and complain about the false information they are giving out (see
below). I personally am accessing mlbtv, gameday audio and archived
games using safari. It was pointed out to me by a user whom I helped
with this issue that MLB support was giving out information that
Safari was incompatible with their content; that person was told he
must use google chrome or firefox. When I complained about this I got
even stranger information. I am of course going to reply to this but
it really angers me that mlb, who has notices plastered all over its
website about its work on accessibility, appears to actually be
clueless re: accessing game content on the Mac.
I am going to post this separately to a couple of other lists so I
apologize to those who will receive two or three of these emails; I
don't usually do this but I think it is necessary under the circumstances.

Somebody on your support team is telling blind people that safari and
flash player don't work on the Mac and that they must use google
chrome or firefox. This is totally erroneous information and I'm
