Netscape 7 and IE 5? Sounds like it's not so much that MLB is cluless but that their help database is full of old cruft from a decade or so ago. IE5 was discontinued more than 9 years ago and I'm not going to bother looking up Netscape.

Thank you for your email. Our customers using Mac OS X are recommended to use the latest version of the Netscape Navigator browser, Version 7.1. If you do use Internet Explorer, Version 5.2.2 is the most compatible with our streaming content. As of yet, Safari is incompatible with our content. Somebody on your support team is telling blind people that safari and flash player don't work on the Mac and that they must use google chrome or firefox. This is totally erroneous information and I'm having to give people the correct instructions. Please correct this false information.
