Dear Listers, I know this topic has been widely discussed on the list, and I have always been following it with interest and with dismay. Many of my friends all over the world in other than English speaking countries have been urging me to contact and follow them on facebook. I know that facebook website have largely been ignoring our accessibility needs. I'd love to hear - if it is too much on the list than off list - from those of you who would have a few moments to tell me what your experience currently is, and to offer some advice on which platform it would be best to manage facebook, with voiceover either on the mac or iOS, and whether there may be special applications that might facilitate facebook. Or indeed, in desperation, if you have such experience, whether facebook is more accessible via Windows, and in such a case, whether NvDA screen reader has anything to offer. I know from the various posts that a few people on the list have to juggle Windows and mac platforms in order to accomplish what they need.
