I have a bit of a different opinion on this issue. I don't think Facebook is inaccessible. It's annoying, and inconvenient, but far from inaccessible. I can do everything on it that I need to do, but some of the popup menus are a bit strange, as you either have to press tab or go to the end of your displayed text.
I've experience inaccessible programs. To me, those allow no access to interfaces or text. The Facebook website is almost entirely legible with a web browser. The app for IOS that is the easiest to use is Voicebook. It doesn't have all the Facebook features, but you can read others' statuses and post your own.
