Hello Erik, You don't need a podcast to set up an activity. Go into VoiceOver Utility, Activities category, and click the Add button. You'll be on a text field where you enter the name for the activity. You then go right to "Choose settings to include in this activity:". To the right is a series of check boxes to select the settings yu wish to include.
