Hello Anita
www.vmware.com/fusion
is where you purchase Fusion. You do not need a Paypal account; I was
letting you know in case you have one. I was able to purchase this
without sighted assistance like any other purchase you do on the
internet. Be warned you do need an account with Vmware. It is free and
is totally accessible.
Chris.

Hi Chris,
From where do I purchase it? How do I get a PayPal account? Will I
need sighted help to complete the process?

Hi Chris,
As think I stated in another message, my MacBook Pro is in
operation: just not sure how to get past the getting started tutorial.
How much is that paid utility for use in Windows you mentioned? How do I
change the languages in VO?

Hello Anita
Windows on mac is discussed quite a lot on this and other lists.
While it is possible to run Windows on mac, the easiest and truly
accessible way to do this is with a paid product called Vmware Fusion.
That's all I will say for now until you get your mac up and running.
I'm only trying to save confusion here, and hopefully not being more a
hindrance than a help.
Chris.

Hi Chris,
Will I be able to use Windows too on my Macbook Pro. I don't
remember if discussion of that topic was mentioned on here yesterday.
Perhaps it was another list.

Hello Anita
then it's the Macbook Pro with non-retina display. This is the only
choice now if you want one with an optical drive built in.
Chris.

Hi List,
I'm getting a MacBook, but am not sure how to choose the best
one. Having a CD slot is essential. This may limit my
selections/choices, buthaving a laptop is what I want, and just
wanna
get the most for my money.
Thanks for any info.
