Hi Brian, I've had instances when I cannot activate QuickNav. I don't have to turn VO off and on to fix this. My belief is that if an activity is in progress, one cannot toggle QuickNav on and off. I say this because sometimes I hear a busy indicator spoken by VO. Just a theory.
