Hi,

It sounds like your iTunes Library is possibly in a read-only state for that 
error to display.  Try restarting your Mac.  If your iTunes Library is on 
external storage, then, for some reason, that storage is not allowing 
read/write access to the iTunes Library data which may cause this error.
