You can also just use iTunes' radio section. If you like station, I'd add it to a playlist you create for the purpose so you can get to it easily. As to books, not much is currently available, but iBooks will arrive with OS10.9 this fall and can red PDF, EPub, and more. If you have an iOS device, Voice Dream Reader might be a good option since it can read daisy books and integrates with Drobox, Bookshare, and other services.
