Hi Nick, This is only a suggestion. Contact Mike Calvo at the Seroteck corporation. He published a short book on Ibooks. If you are not familiar with him, he is the CEO of Serotek, a company primarily employed by blind people in both software & some hardware development. His book is titled Cloudy with the Chance of Profit, both on Kindle & Ibooks. He would be able to tell you from an accessibility standpoint how to put it together.
