When the iPhone is connected, it appears in the devices area of Image 
Capture.  Stop interacting and go right.  There will be a list of your pictures 
and some unlabeled buttons.  YOu will eventually find a place where you can 
choose where to import your pictures via a popup button and an import button 
and an import all button.
