Hi Tim, I did exactly what you instructed me to do, but that also doesn't seem to work.
If there's an actual electronic issue with the keyboard, then shouldn't the key appear damaged/broken/stiff, etc. The funny thing is that the option key is otherwise working perfectly normally.
