Hi,

When in that folder, press VO-shift-back slash.  This will put you in the 
Column Headers.  VO-right or left until you're on the Name header and press 
VO-space which will toggle it between Sort Up and Sort Down.  Press 
VO-shift-back slash to get out of the Header area.
