Hi,

You are correct.  It appears that if you force the window to be arranged by 
Name in the View options, then your ability to sort using VO-back slash is 
gone.  It also looks like it gives the announcement that was mentioned earlier 
about "No Headers Available".  If you leave it at "None", press cmd-2 to put it 
into List View then you can sort things in the manner that was originally asked 
for.
