Hi Kate I had a brill age 40 for almost a year now. It works great for my mac and it also has a standalone option for writing all kinds of stuff on it. I haven't yet used it with windows but the manual says it works with Jaws at least. I have also used with my iPhone. I don't remember what the manual says about window eyes.
