Yes, it is fully accessible, except for seeing the audio wave, but we can still work with the sound. There are certain tricks to do things, but we can achieve very nice videos. Selecting, cuting and pasting is also accessible, but for selecting big chunks of video, I complement it with MPG stream clip. You will find it fun, try it, I love it!
