Well, the client has only a (very expensive) desktop right now, so to get a 
wired mic would also mean getting a whole new computer to go with it. Sorry, I 
wasn't clear on that: it's either a wireless mic, or a wired mic plus a new 
laptop or other portable device. That's why I said wireless is cheaper, because 
wired, in this case, would include the cost of the laptop as well.
