This pertains to my complaints about missing ringtones. Indeed, the mute had been accidentally turned on. But here is a warning for all. The reason I didn't figure it out is because I could still hear the voiceover sounds and assumed that because the phone was still making sounds the mute was not on. I could also hear the ringtone on my timer and alarm. Apparently these are not effected when the mute is on? Can anyone clarify this?
