I am presuming that you are using IOS 7.0? the my number entry no longer appears at the top of the contact list . so you are good there. If you go into accounts in iTunes, you can check your billing information. that will verify your name and your nickname if you typed one in. If everything is good, close out of there and give siri another try. If you would like something less exploratory to try, go to settings, general, then siri. there is a button that says siri on . double tap and turn it off. then double tap and turn it back on. that might address your challenge.
