Hi, I don’t mean to be flip but, write to Apple about what? You said you have had the finger print reader not register your print twice in a week. This sounds pretty normal in my opinion. I actually think that is an extremely high success rate for a biometric scanner of any sort. I mean, you unlock your phone maybe a hundred times in a week. For it not to work twice, doesn’t sound like reason for alarm, or a note to Apple. Of course, to each their own.
Just my 2 cents. haha.
