Hello,

I can confirm this behavior in fleksy.  I’m guessing this isn’t an IOS issue 
but a fleksy one.

In regards to ringer volume, you might want to go into settings/sounds and turn 
change with buttons off.  This way you can’t change the volume of ringtones and 
alerts with the volume buttons.
