Thanks so much for your replys, and sorry for my stupid questions, but really a 
m very very new in that.
 
Now, I tried all your words and no hope.
I opened my applications with comd sheft A, then I found the folder that 
containing my app, let’s say it’s main stage, then I hit cmd + delete to remve 
it and nothing happened,
I went through the folder and I found the main stange ikon, but the same 
happened.
Is there another way of doing this?
 
When I listen to the word table, I hit vo+sheft+ down errow, and I made my apps 
as list bu CMD+2
Sorry for asking so many questions but really can not find another one to ask.
