Hi Janine, Sorry for typing errors on my iOS device. The shortcut keystroke for routing your Mouse cursor to your VoiceOver cursor is VO-Command-F5. If your navigation options in VoiceOver Utility are set to "Mouse Pointer Ignores VoiceOver cursor", either try routing your Mouse cursor to your VoiceOver cursor with VO-Command-F5 when you navigate to the Account link on the Apple Store web page before trying to navigate to the drop down menu options, or else try changing your navigation options in VoiceOver Utility to "Mouse pointer follows VoiceOver Cursor" before trying to navigate to the link and attempting to view the other drop down menu options.
