I'm not having any trouble with the page. What problems are you running into? When I go to the page I just do VO-Command-H twice and I'm at the table of contents. It just talks about the hardware checks and startup chimes of Macs.

each time it boots up. So if you do a shutdown (not sleep) and then bring it 
back up, when you hear the startup sound that means the hardware check passed.
