If you have the text of the error that would be significantly more useful for
most of us on the list. My daughter had similar issues after upgrading to IOS 7
and they were fixed by doing a fix file permissions in the disk utility. This
is one of the few times I have heard of where a fix permissions actually solved
an issue.
