The most important thing to do is set cursing tracking on in
configuration... The default keeps it at the bottom of the screen, you
want the cursor to move along as you navigate the file.
When in configuration hit w for a search and use show cursor as the terms.
You will be on the correct line, hit enter and it will be toggled on.
Now the up and down arrow keys will go to items and reading the current
line will indicate its function.
All features of alpine will then move the cursor in navigation.
