Yep, this has been going for ages. When I change system voice the sample is 
fine but it's just when it speaks, when I change the clock voice, I get Serena 
plus whatever I select, except if I have no anouncement I really get no 
announcement, but when I put it back on, the issue comes back, so I go back to 
my question.
