I don't have the Mac app, but on iOS I copy the URL of the recipe to the
clipboard. When I open Paprika, it sees the Url and asks if I want to try to
save the recipe at that URL. I say yes, the page loads in the in-app browser,
and I hit the "save recipe" button. I believe the Mac app works similarly but
am not sure. Alternatively, again on iOS, just hit the browser item from the
main menu and navigate to the recipe in question, then use the "save recipe"
button.
