I've been using mac gourmet for about 5 years and it has undergone a lot of 
changes.  I really like it.  It is an iTunes-like interface and they have 
clipping capabilities from lots of sites, and if you buy the full version you 
get menu planing, meal planning, nutrition info.  Just from reading the reviews 
it seems a bit more powerful than Paprika but whatever works.
