You do not need Scripts for Skype. So when you open Skype, do you land on your contact list?
If you do, if you know how to interact, VO right arrow to get to your contacts and then interact with the list of contacts. If you chose that contact, Shift Vo M for context menu and vo down arrow to choose what you’d like to do with the contact. I will not write more just in case you don’t understand but this is a rough Idea. But VO Left arrow and VO right arrow, let’s you get to the various options and if you can interact with each option, then VO left and VO right to do select something.
