Hi,

For iTunes, it is updated through Software Update, no need to do any outside 
search.  Either go under the Apple menu and choose Software Update or open the 
AppStore, then press cmd-5 to check for updates.  There are no specific iCloud 
settings for iTunes.  All syncing is configured within the iPhone pane of 
iTunes.
