Let me see if this message goes through this time around.

I'm installing a USB keyboard on the iMac for my spouse. When we plugged it in
the first time, the keyboard identification utility came up and I followed the
instructions.

It did recognize the keyboard but none of the function keys spoke when using
the VO K command to identify them. Only the F12 and VO F8 keys seemed to work.

On the Apple bluetooth keyboard all keys worked as usual.

The USB keyboard I was installing works on either Windows or Mac and the other
keys for Mac identified readily and work fine.

It seems as if any Usb keyboard I install now has this issue.

Any wisdom out there about this?
