Hello listers. I am trying to decide what braille display to get. I am going to
get at least a 40 but am considering an 80. My main question to you is, those
of you that use your displays for work, which is better? Can I use a 40
productively, or would I be better off with an 80?

Next is the question about connectivity. I currently have all Apple products,
but know that when I finally find an employer that will give me a chance, I
will most likely will ,e using Windows and probably JAWS. Which display will
keep my hands on the display more and reduce the amount of time going back and
forth between display and keyboard?

If I end up going with a 40 cell display, which one works more seamlessly with
the iPhone, and MacBook Pro?

Is there a display that can be paired with more than one device? Like with my
Refreshabraille, I have to make sure my iPad is turned off if I want to use it
with my iPhone, or I have to tell one device to forget it before I can use it
with the other.

Which displays can be supported and repaired in the United States? Is Freedom
Scintific's maintenance agreement worth the price and worth choosing a Focus
even if it isn't your favorite just to have the agreement?

Here are the displays that I am considering I currently use a Refreshabraille
and like the feel of the dots, like the keyboard, and like the joystick. With
that in mind with all the other comments and concerns, which display would be a
better fit for me?

Brailliant BI
VarioConnect
Braille edge
Focus
Active Braille

Feel free to make any other recommendations if I haven't listed one that you
think would be a good fit. I am trying to get my hands on some of these but may
not be able to get my hands on all of them.

I have been reading a lot of archived messages and looking at sites where they
are sold, but I still ckn't figure out which will be the best fit.
Unfortunately people don't go to sites and give feedback. I really haven't
found a lot of reviews online or on youtube. Any and all help or suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
