 compiled cleanly with gcc 3.3.6, it works here for either 802.11b/g and
 802.11a -  i have tested this way of usage : iwconfig athX txpower Y ,
 where Y is from 1 to 17 - it also accepts higher values but it seems
 without effect . During tests, i have found that real decrease in txpower
 roughly fit to given value, for example if you set iwconfig ath0 txpower
 10 , the other side shows decrement in signal of about 5-7 . So patch
 works as it should. Tested it with regdomain 0 and regdomain 96, both gave
 me about same results.
