There should be some messages related to an interface ''wifi0'' right
after the line that starts with ''ath_pci:''. If these lines are missing
(which is the case here) this usually indicates that the driver doesn't
"find" a card that it feels responsible for. On the other hand the card is
visible in the system, as the ''lspci'' output shows.
Blind guess: please try to put the card into another slot. It might well
be that this relatively simple step already solves the problem. Please
report back about the result.
