Unfortunately, no. It was clearly an earlier changeset than r1473 that
fixed the bulk of the bugs I was hitting.
If any of the earlier changesets fixed locking and interrupt handling in
the driver (and HAL? I hate that opaque thing) to actually work (i.e.
SMP/SMT doesn't melt down immediately), I bet that's what fixed the
oopses.
