@reporter: This indeed is a support question, and from what you've told so
far it's a local problem rather than a bug in the driver. Please redirect
your question to the [wiki:Resources#MailingLists madwifi-users] mailing
list, as suggested by dyqith. Chances are much better that you get a
helpful reply in there (we have a few SuSE users that help with occuring
support questions).
Feel free to reopen the ticket once it turns out that your problem is
really caused by a bug in the driver. Thanks.
