#512: Make wifiX a non-ethernet device

As discussed on madwifi-devel, there are several reasons to make wifiX a
non-ethernet device.
A patch was sent to the ML that fixes this. I have tested the patch, and
it seems to work. But, as kelmo mentioned in #madwifi, we might need to
use the same type as the hostap driver (ARPHRD_IEEE80211, iirc) - though
this was already suggested by the patch author.
I'm adding the patch author in CC, in the hope he attaches his patch to
this ticket (and signs it off), so it can be committed to trunk.
