Yes this patch is working for me with 3 cards.
For cards that have more than 19dBm like this from 470 ticket when i do:
iwlist athX tx i can get output says that i can't set more than 19dBm
But when i do iwconfig athX txpower 23dBm , iwconfig show that card
txpower on card
is set to 23dBm , after that when i do iwlist athX tx i see max for 23dBm.
(Ticket 470) Could be closed.
