Can you check your system with Windows Memory Diagnostic. Run Extended
Tests during the night (A memory module was found defect after more than 2
hours on my computer [it had only 256Mb]).
If nothing is found, try to rebuild madwifi driver modules (maybe one is
broken due for example to a power failure or a bad sector).
