Hello,
I am not able to have it working with Suse (while it works with windows
XP).
The wifi device is an Atheros AR 5005G.
From the compatibility page, I found that:
Atheros AR 5005G ΒΆ
Chipset: AR5005G = (AR2413)
Chip: AR2413 (802.11b+g)
URL: http://www.atheros.com/pt/AR5005G.htm
Supports: IEEE 802.11b, 802.11g
Working: _no_ working_ with revision 1457, dmesg report: 'Hardware
revision not supported' (kernel 2.6.15)
Notes: chipset is AR1423, as you can see through URL
Therefore, not working for the moment.
Is there any plan to have Madwifi working with this chipset ? Do you have
a timeline for this ?
