#784: Support for AR5006EX PCI-E chipset

 New laptop with PCI-E bus.. Atheros Chipset AR5006EX (AR5423).. I can
 associate with an AP, but for some reason the packets are maybe getting
 garbled.  Don't have windows to test with, but I have another Atheros
 chipset card in my old laptop that works great.  I can put them both in
 athdebug mode if there's any testing that needs to be done.  It would a
 great alternative card those the newer laptops with PCI-E that don't want
 to use Intel.  Router has been reset to factory defaults to rule out
 WPA/WEP or MAC filtering as well.
