I just installed Fedora8 and their kernel 2.6.23 contains a module ath5k
which had no problem in finding and configuring my AR5007EG. I must admit
I did not try to connect to a wireless lan with it but the logs showed no
errors and it automatically gave me a 'wlan0'.
Where did they get that driver and where can I get it? BTW, the module
came as part of the the kernel, not in a separate madwifi package.
