Maybe that would be possible, but even then it's a waste of time. Despite
of the misinterpreted meaning of the driver name AR5007 differs from most
other Atheros chipsets in the way the driver needs to talk to it. Making
the driver think it deals with a different chipset thus obviously won't
bring you anywhere closer to a working support.
