Got it. After much more reading through the open tickets, etc. (Ticket
#1328 was the clincher) I saw a similar issue resolved elsewhere via a
BIOS update. I flashed the PC's (Dell Optiplex GX260) BIOS to A09 from
A03, rebooted et voila, all is well.
