Replying to [ticket:1716 anonymous]:
> spoofing macaddress of sky2 works perfectly fine.
sky2 does not have something like VAPs, so it's hard to compare this
driver's behaviour with MadWifi.
In addition to what [comment:1 mentor] said above, please refer to the
Wikipedia article about [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_address MAC
addresses] and look out for "locally administered address".
I don't see that MadWifi behaves wrong here, hence I close this ticket as
invalid.
