This bug is ambiguous. State machine was cleaned up in SVN trunk. Please
try it again with the latest and re-open the ticket if youc an still
produce the problem. Bear in mind that re-association (roaming) should
not require ifdown/ifup unless you have set roaming to manual. However,
you do have to bring up the station VAP after configuring your preferences
such as channel, AP MAC, essid, etc.
